The engine has been maintained its whole life and has had mobile1 full synthetic oil since it rolled of the lot. It had been serviced at MAG dealership. The interior is almost flawless. I say almost because the fabric is starting to come off the door panels.(common Volkswagen issue.) New tires with only a little driving on them! 85-90% left. The transmission is a five speed and it shifts wonderfully! I have never had a problem with it and it´s never been ran hard. The sound system is all OEM and sounds great! This car is a import so you know it is built I last. It has absolutely zero rust anywhere on the car! There is a scratch on the passenger rear quarter panel, that is it. Details: 1982 Volkswagen Pickup 1.6L Diesel non turboIts clean for the year, has some small rust here and there. Injection pump is turned up now gets 30mpg and lots of black smoke. If Pump is turned down it will get 50mpg. I drive this truck everyday with no problems. It starts right up every time. Iv replaced the glow plugs, fuel filter, fuel lines, and some other small things on it here and there. Changed oil recently with Rottela 15w-40 and lucas. Runs great i have no issues with it. Interrior is mostly there, has few tears on drivers seat. I have intake, and exhaust manifolds so it can be turboed. Trades are open or $3000 cash o.b.o. I know what the truck is worth and they are getting hard to come by, so no lowballers but shoot me an offer and i may just take it. Details: I have a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. It has a 2.8 L V6 engine that pushes out 200hp. It is a 6 speed manual transmission. It is a dark blue with light grey leather interior. The leather is still in good condition, and the heated seats still work. There are no engine lights on (typical for Volkswagen). I have put new tires, replaced the plugs and coils just recently. The front axle started creaking and I got the entire thing replaced. There are a few scratches in the clear coat as well as a couple pealing spots, but you have to remember it is a 2003. There is no rust on the body or welds and has been very well kept. I currently get on average 26mpg ( here in Columbus). I have gotten 31mpg on road trips on the highway. It has roughly 120,000 miles and the motor has had no problems. Please contact me if you want more photos or would like to see it. Do not low ball me, I will laugh with no consideration. Details: Mileage : 99677Bought by previous owner, a physician, on 9-11-1987 and owned until yesterday.During his ownership the car has been partially restored, repainted, received a new 1600cc engine from Bugs-R-Us (9-25-97) and was maintained to a sum of $12674 in parts and labor. There is a hand written sheet that lists everything done and includes the paint code used (Du Pont B7414K) for the repaint. The car is not 100% original, but the single port original engine is included in parts and would not take much to be rebuilt. If you would rather have a 100% car you could reinstall the 36hp engine if you so wish.The car is a bit temperamental the first few seconds after a cold start, but when it warms up it is a nice driver. It also includes the original owner´s manual in the glove compartment.
