Details: 1969 VW Cal-look Bug. Selecta-drop front end, Ghia disc brakes, dechromed, exhaust cut-outs filled, one piece door glass, all new glass & rubber, full gage set-up (padded dash removed) have 2 sets new disc brake trailing arms. This does NOT have a motor installed !!! I DO HAVE an ´AH´ core motor (larger case studs) that goes with car as well as an extra IRS Tranny.This car was originally done in Calif in 1983 and has been in storage since in CA, AZ, NV. Has only been outside while being moved.This is a great VW project car that needs to be completed. Details: Drove this vw volkswagen all the way from McCall with no problems, It didn´t want to idle without a little gas on the pedal so a friend wanted to help and put a carb kit on it and messed with the knobs and now he can´t get it to start. I have another carburetor but it is about 10 years old since it´s been used so idk if it will work. Front tires needs shocks and brakes put on (I have them) all tires hold air, shouldn´t take much, just a little elbow grease to get it up and going again, also the door handles are in the bus, just haven´t put them on yet. Details: 1987 Volkswagen Cabriolet convertible for sale. Nice white car, ready for the summer fun and get togethers with all your friends.I bought this car a few months ago to keep for myself and drive around the college with friends and have a good time, but when I bought it the last owners did not tell me that the motor was completely DEAD. They said they think the oil pump was bad and that was it... But I opened up the oil pan and the rod bearings were gone and the bottom of the motor was un-fixable. So, I decided to rebuild the motor and this car. We placed a fresh motor inside, with just over 200 miles in it so the break in period of the engine is almost up, and everything runs good now. Being an older car, it does have quirks, but I am negotiable on price. Simply do not need anymore as I found another car to drive because this one needed fixed badly. So, with all the heavy lifting done and a new motor inside, I am selling for best offer, the top looks good, seats and interior in good condition especially for its age.
