Details: I have a 2002 Volkswagen Golf GTI up for sale that has been well maintained and kept clean. The car currently has 84,640 miles which is fairly low considering it is a 2002 model. The vehicle is equipped with the 1.8 liter 4-cylinder turbo.The GTI has 180hp with 174 ft-lbs of torque. The EPA mileage est. (cty/hwy): 19/27 mpg. It has plenty of pep and it´s very enjoyable to drive. It is an automatic with shiftronic allowing you to manually shift without the need of a clutch pedal. Since I bought the car in December of 2011 I have replaced the timing belt and tensioner, the accessory belt and tensioner, new spark plugs, two new timing belt dust covers, new throttle-body, new antenna base, and I installed a performance cold-air intake from ACS Tuning. I have paperwork for all new parts installed. The car is loaded out pretty well with heated front seats, heated side mirrors, leather seats all around, sunroof, premium monsoon sound system, CD player and cassette deck (has the hook ups for a factory CD changer), power locks and windows, key-less entry, cruise control, and various other perks. The a/c blows ice cold and the heater is nice and toasty. The main reason I´m selling the car is the fact I have found a sweet deal on another vehicle. The price (7500.00) is negotiable but I feel it is a good deal considering the low miles, vehicle condition, and the fact I have completed the more troublesome/expensive maintenance items.
