Details: Selling my ´Baja´ due to lack of use. I have never had a vehicle that was more fun or caused more looks but now its time to let it go. Its been sitting more than driving and someone else needs to enjoy. Overall its in pretty good condition and has started every time and never left me sitting alongside the road.It has an early baja kit with the deep recessed hood which is very desirable. The fiberglass has some age cracks. Adjustable front beam. It has a dual port 1600 cc that was overhauled probably 15 years ago. I had the transmission rebuilt at Walts in Columbia about 5 years ago and went ahead and put in a new clutch then. Has a stinger exhaust that will certainly wake the neighbors but a baffle can be put in to quiet it down. The rear drums have been converted to the heavy duty ´Thing´ braking which was a popular thing to do when off-roading. It has a heavy duty roll bar welded in for extra safety. Has the usual rustiness in the heater channels but its the same rust that was there when I got it. Has aftermarket adjustable buckets in the front and the pan has been patched and treated with POR several years ago to help keep down any rust.
