Electronic Fuel Injection I love my car and I don´t want to get rid of it, but i´m looking for something new. I´ve had it for 3 years now, and it runs great. A very good car for project car or a daily driver. It needs some exterior work, the interior is very very clean. It has no major problems but there are some minor. I´ve paid 2,000 for the car and I´ve put almost 1,500 since I´ve gotten it. The Bad: For as long as i´ve had it the transmission has always been a little bit of a pain, the fluid in it has needed to get drained and refilled, also the bans on the inside are pretty worn but (*for as long as I´ve had it, it´s always ran very strong and not been a major issue, also it´s been my daily driver for 3 years.) If you know how to do it, its a minor transmission repair, or if you take it to a shop it´ll be anywhere from 500 to 1,000 to change or fix it or 500 to 1,000 to swap the motor and transmission all together. Its never given me any serious problems as far as the transmission goes. When its warmer outside and my car is running warm, it runs rich and you can hardly notice the transmission, but in the colder months it tends to be a pain. The strut mounts have been changed a couple thousand miles ago, but the passenger side flywheel isn´t in correctly or the mount is too tight but it makes kind of a rubbing sound, which also would be an easy fix or a 30 dollar repair. Other than that, as far as the exterior goes, it needs a little tlc. the owner before me hit a truck hitch and the front bumper is offset a little bit with a dent, the cover and mount aren´t very expensive but I´ve just never changed it. The passenger fender paint´s clear coat has worn off and its lost its gloss, and some flaking paint on the roof. The exterior is the worst part about the car but I just don´t want to put the money into it if I´m trying to buy something else. The Good: I´ve changed the starter, alternator, serpentine belt, new front windsheild, spark plugs (also have a new set), new grill (black), new hood (black), changed the red molding strips to black, tag less, changed the ignition switch, changed the tail lights on both sides, cut my exhaust from the first resonator back and replaced it with a straight pipe with a glasspack for a muffler. It runs very clean and is a very quick car. I´ve changed the oil religiously. The interior is black vinyl, or black leather, with black seats. The interior has always been very clean, newer floormats, no burn marks, I have a pioneer headunit in it with an ipod cord, speakers have been replaced. Good sound system as well. The car mileage is around 20 city and 30 highway. All around its a very great car, and if the offer is right we can make a deal.
