Details: This is a really great car. I´m only selling because we are moving overseas. It has about 157,000 miles. The engine has less, though I don´t know how much less. It´s a 5 speed and gets great gas mileage.It is turboed, has leather seats, heated front seats, a moon roof, cruise control, stereo controls on the steering wheel (not currently hooked up), brand new tires, heated mirrors, air conditioning and heat, power windows and locks, tilt steering wheel, am/fm stereo and cd player. The back seats fold down, which is great for travel.It is in ´good´ condition, by KBB standards which places it at $3400. Even at ´fair´ it is worth $2750.Below is more information about what has been replaced recently and what needs to be done. Details: Well-maintained, Silver 2005 Volkswagen Passat GLS TDI with just under 150K miles. I´ve owned the car since early 2007 and it has been professionally serviced at regular intervals- only Full-Sythetic oil changes and a check-up every time I´ve taken it in for that. Gas mileage is excellent and, as it´s the GLS model, a ton of really nice features, including leather, heated seats, moonroof, alloy wheels, etc... Couple minor nicks here and there on the body, but no accidents whatsoever. I´ll also have the car professionally detailed prior to conveying.I´m asking $10K based on a 500-mile radius search on Autotrader, not KBB value, for ´like´ vehicles- similar mileage, diesel engine, same year, etc... I only found 6 or 7 of them and the lowest price was $7900... 400 miles away, with 213K miles. That said, all serious offers are welcome. Thanks!P.S.
